Week 8

Dear Family,

Hope all was well this week. It's been a busy week packing everything up trying to stay focused. We received our flight information last Thursday which was exciting. We'll first fly to New York JFK and then from there to Brussels. I'll arrive in New York 5:30 or so. I'll try to call around then. Hope to talk to as many of you as I can! Not a whole lot to report on this week. Elder Richard G. Scott spoke to us last night at the devotional. That was really great. He spoke about how to qualify yourself for guidance from the Holy Ghost. I really don't know what else to tell you haha. I'm getting a haircut today and think I'm going to try and part it. We'll see. Elder Frost left Tuesday for Boise.  It's so real now that we are all leaving. We had our last class with one of our teachers, Brother Bond. He showed us pictures and we spent the class learning about culture. I'm pretty confident about the language. I know enough that I can get around. The gift of tongues is incredibly real.   The first day we're in Brussels we'll go to a big park and contact people. That'll be fun with all the French Speakers in Brussels. I'm so excited! I love Europe so much. I'm so excited to teach others about the gospel of Jesus Christ. What an awesome opportunity this is. Once again, sorry for making this short but I had no letter to go off of sorry :/ I'm thinking about all of you and praying for you. Talk to you on Monday! Gametime.
Love,
Elder Schulte
