1/22/12

Dear family,

I didn't realize we were so close to where our family originally came out of. (The Schulte family originally lived in Bad Bentheim a couple of towns over across the border in Germany from where Michael is serving and there are Scholte's in his area.)  I would love to visit there sometime.  The Dicken's festival is in July. I would guess that I probably won't be here for that :/ Charles Dickens is my favorite author by the way.  I'm so excited for Brother Jessop. I remember when he showed up one random Sunday and bore his testimony. Please send my congrats to him!  The house looks great! Paige, nice work! James, wow. Nicely done.  William! way to go with the program! I'm stoked for you!   Thanks for the packet of pictures. I did receive them and they are great!  I love the stick shift. It's a lot of fun. The week was really cool. All the students were inside studying or taking tests so it was a lot quieter but we still had a very busy week and everyone we are teaching is making progress!  I'm getting used to the city and feeling more confident in getting around. I'm working hard. That's one thing I can do if not anything else!  This next week we have a lot going on and I'm excited for it.  We're seeing miracles and the Lord is showing his hand in the work every day. Hope all is well with each of you.  Please keep Lizairah, Steven, Ard, and Jaqueline in your prayers!  Love you all.

Love,
Elder Schulte
